900 g fresh green beans, trimmed
15 ml olive oil, or as needed
5 g kosher salt
2.5 g freshly ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Rinse the green beans and pat them dry with paper towels. Spread them onto a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle the beans with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss the beans until evenly coated with oil, then spread them out in a single layer.
Step 3
Roast in the preheated oven until the beans are crisp-tender, slightly shriveled, and start to show golden caramelized spots, for about 15 to 25 minutes.
