1 head cauliflower, cut into thick slices
15 ml olive oil
15 ml brown sugar
10 ml seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®)

1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

2. Sprinkle both sides of the cauliflower slices with olive oil, brown sugar, and seasoned salt.

3. Cook the cauliflower on the preheated grill until char marks appear, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.

4. Transfer the cauliflower to a grill-safe pan with a lid, cover, and continue cooking on the grill until tender, about 20 minutes.
