Ingredients

6 medium red bell peppers

Directions

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients and preheat the oven to 260°C (500°F).
Step 2
Cut the red bell peppers into quarters, removing and discarding the stems, seeds, and membranes. Place them skin-side up in a large rimmed baking pan.
Step 3
Roast the peppers in the preheated oven until the skin blisters and turns black, which should take about 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 4
Once roasted, transfer the peppers to a bowl and cover them with plastic wrap or a tea towel. Let them sit until they are cool enough to handle and the skins peel away easily, which should take about 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 5
Peel and discard the skins from the peppers.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
