Ingredients

9 mini bell peppers, any color
1 package (150g) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
6 slices bacon, each cut into 3 pieces
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 2
Cut each mini bell pepper in half from stem to tip, then remove the membranes and seeds. Fill each pepper half with Boursin cheese and place a piece of bacon on top.
Step 3
Arrange the filled pepper halves in a single layer in the air fryer. Air-fry for 8-12 minutes or until the bacon reaches the desired crispness. You may need to air-fry in batches.

Transfer the cooked pepper bites to a serving platter, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve while warm.
