Ingredients

450 g ground beef
350 g frozen cheese ravioli
396 g spaghetti sauce
411 g diced tomatoes, drained
100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
100 g shredded Monterey Jack cheese
15 g grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the grease, then stir in the spaghetti sauce and drained tomatoes.
Step 3
Spread 1/3 of the sauce in the bottom of an 11x7 inch baking dish. Arrange half of the ravioli over the sauce. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Monterey Jack cheese over the ravioli. Repeat layers, ending with the last of the sauce on top. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
