2 cans (300g each) cream of chicken soup
500g sour cream
180g grated Cheddar cheese
50g dehydrated onion flakes
850g frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
100g crushed potato chips
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and onion flakes.

Fold in the thawed hash browns until well mixed.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a 23x33cm (9x13-inch) casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with crushed potato chips.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top is golden and crisp.
