30g butter
3 eggs
120g all-purpose flour
240ml milk
5g baking powder
450g shredded Cheddar cheese
2 packages (300g each) frozen chopped spinach
15ml minced onion
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Place the butter in a 23x33cm baking dish and melt it in the oven for about 3 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the flour, milk, and baking powder until well combined. Stir in the cheese, spinach, and onion. Spoon the mixture into the buttered baking dish.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, then allow it to cool for 45 minutes before cutting into bite-sized squares.
