1 can (600g) cherry pie filling
1 can (565g) crushed pineapple, drained
1 package (510g) yellow cake mix
240g melted margarine
100g flaked coconut
50g chopped walnuts
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a 23x33cm (9x13-inch) baking dish.
Step 2
In the prepared dish, layer the cherry pie filling and drained pineapple. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the fruit. Pour the melted margarine over the cake mix, then sprinkle with coconut and chopped walnuts.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until browned and bubbly, about 50 to 60 minutes.
