Ingredients

3 cups miniature marshmallows
0.25 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp butter
4 cups crispy chow mein noodles
cooking spray
40 candy-coated milk chocolate eggs

Directions

Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallows, peanut butter, and butter. Stir and cook until the marshmallows melt completely, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Place the chow mein noodles in a large bowl. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the noodles and stir to coat them evenly.
Step 3
To prevent sticking, spray your hands with cooking spray or coat them with butter. Use an ice cream scoop to form the noodle mixture into balls, creating a hollow in the center to resemble nests. Place 4 chocolate eggs in each nest.
