Ingredients

75g rolled oats
125g peanut butter
80ml honey
80ml cocoa powder
80ml shredded coconut
60g wheat germ
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, wheat germ, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Using your hands, roll the oat mixture into balls about the size of ping pong balls.
Step 3
Place the energy bites in a container and refrigerate until firm.
