Ingredients

1 everything bagel, halved horizontally
55 g chive and onion cream cheese, softened
85 g crisp cooked bacon
2 leaves romaine lettuce
1 slice tomato
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 avocado, diced

Directions

Step 1
Toast the bagel halves until golden brown, approximately 3 minutes.
Step 2
Spread the softened cream cheese on a cutting board. Place the bacon, lettuce, and tomato on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then chop the mixture until chunky and well combined. Add the diced avocado and chop 5 to 7 more times.
Step 3
Gather the mixture together and scrape it up with a spatula or bench scraper. Spread the mixture onto the bottom of the toasted bagel and place the top piece on. Serve immediately.
