125 g white sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 (350 g) package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough with icing
60 g unsalted butter, melted
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a 23x13 cm (9x5 inch) loaf pan.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Step 3
Set the icing packet aside. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters. Dip each piece in melted butter, coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and place in the prepared pan.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until the dough has risen and the top is golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Drizzle the icing over the top and let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Turn the pull-apart bread out onto a plate and serve it warm.
