5 apples (peeled, cored, and diced)
4 oranges (peeled and diced)
250 g brown sugar
180 g shredded Cheddar cheese
90 g chopped walnuts
70 g coarsely crushed buttery round crackers
115 g butter
45 g all-purpose flour
5 g ground cinnamon
5 g baking powder
2.5 g ground nutmeg
2.5 g ground cloves
60 ml liquid non-dairy creamer
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 165°C (325°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, oranges, brown sugar, Cheddar cheese, and walnuts. Spread the mixture evenly in a 23x33 cm (9x13-inch) baking dish. Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and whisk in the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg, and cloves until well combined. Pour this mixture over the crushed crackers, then drizzle with the non-dairy creamer. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and uncover. Gently stir to incorporate the crust into the fruit mixture.
