60 ml soy sauce
30 ml olive oil
30 ml chopped fresh parsley
15 ml lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2.5 ml chopped fresh oregano
2.5 ml ground black pepper
4 (115 g) tuna steaks

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a large non-reactive dish, combine orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and pepper. Add the tuna steaks to the marinade, ensuring they are coated well. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade, reserving the marinade for basting.
Step 4
Grill the tuna steaks on the preheated grill for 5 to 6 minutes, then flip the steaks and baste with the reserved marinade. Continue grilling for another 5 minutes, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness. Discard any leftover marinade.
