2 (23 cm) unbaked pie crusts
185 g white sugar
80 g all-purpose flour
5 ml ground cinnamon
600 g fresh strawberries
30 g butter, cut into pieces
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Step 2
Place 1 crust in the bottom of a 23 cm pie pan.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Gently mix in the strawberries.
Step 4
Pour the filling into the pastry-lined pan and dot with butter pieces. Cover with the top crust and cut slits in the top to vent. Seal and flute the edges.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is lightly browned, about 35-45 minutes.
