1 cup (90g) shredded coconut
1 cup (120g) confectioners' sugar
1.5 tbsp (22ml) cream
2 tbsp (30g) ground cinnamon
Step 1
In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, confectioners' sugar, and cream. Gently mix until well combined.
Step 2
Form the mixture into small balls, using approximately 1/2 tablespoon for each.
Step 3
Place ground cinnamon in a plastic bag, add a few balls, and shake until coated with cinnamon. Repeat with the remaining balls.
