Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease and flour a 25-cm pie plate.

In a blender, combine milk, coconut, eggs, butter, sugar, flour, and vanilla; blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate and sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
