3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
1 pinch salt and black pepper
1 can (15.25 oz) sweet corn, drained
120 g chopped green bell pepper
120 g chopped red bell pepper
80 g chopped sweet onion
1 small tomato, chopped
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil, water, salt, and pepper. Add the corn, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, and tomato. Gently toss the ingredients together. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
