1 bell pepper, any color
225 g cream cheese, softened
1 packet (28 g) Ranch Dip Mix
10 g real bacon bits
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 199°C (390°F) according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Cut the bell pepper into quarters lengthwise, remove the stem, membrane, and seeds, then cut each quarter in half lengthwise.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch dip mix, and bacon bits until well combined. Use a spoon to evenly divide the mixture between the pepper slices, about 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons per slice.
Step 4
Place the stuffed bell peppers in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese filling is lightly browned. Check after 8 minutes as cooking times may vary.
