6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
3 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped, divided
2.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
sea salt to taste
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
1 dash hot sauce, or to taste
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the egg yolks, avocado, 2/3 of the chopped turkey bacon, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mash the mixture until smooth and well combined.
Step 2
Transfer the filling into a piping bag or a plastic bag with a snipped corner. Pipe the filling into each egg white. Garnish with a piece of turkey bacon, a jalapeno slice, and a dash of hot sauce.
