2 stalks celery, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 can (14.5 oz) diced potatoes, drained

1 cup whole milk
1 can (6.5 oz) chopped clams

Step 1
In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir bacon until crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove to drain on paper towels.

Step 3
Add potatoes, clam juice, milk, and clams with their liquid. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors. Season with salt and white pepper.
