Ingredients

115 g butter
1 large onion, chopped
450 g frozen chopped broccoli
360 g cooked regular long-grain white rice
298 g Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
227 g jar pasteurized process cheese sauce (like Cheez Whiz®)
80 ml milk

Directions

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients and preheat the oven to 175°C.
Step 2
In a 25-cm skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add the frozen broccoli to the skillet and cook until it's tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Stir in the cooked rice, condensed soup, cheese sauce, and milk. Cook and stir until the cheese is melted.
Step 5
Transfer the broccoli-rice mixture into a 2-liter shallow baking dish.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
