500g ricotta cheese
225g cream cheese, at room temperature
180g confectioners' sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
175g miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the ricotta cheese and cream cheese together until smooth. Add the confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract, and continue stirring until the sugar is fully mixed in.
Step 3
Gently fold in the chocolate chips until well-blended. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, for at least 10 minutes.
