Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp butter
120 ml milk
120 ml sour cream
60 g Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
Boil cauliflower in a large pot of water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add the cauliflower, milk, and sour cream, and stir to combine.

Use a hand blender to mash the cauliflower until creamy.

Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a baking dish, cover it with bread crumbs, and season with salt and black pepper.
