1 cup (200g) macaroni
180g cubed Cheddar cheese
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
75g frozen green peas, thawed
80ml chopped onion
60ml mayonnaise
60ml sour cream
30ml milk
22.5g sweet pickle relish
Step 1
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water for 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, cheese, celery, bell pepper, peas, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, and pickle relish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.
