450 g frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes
1 can (305 g) condensed cream of potato soup
450 g sour cream
450 g shredded Cheddar cheese
120 ml melted butter
60 g crushed potato chips
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large baking dish, combine the hash browns, condensed soup, and sour cream. Stir in the Cheddar cheese, melted butter, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the crushed potato chips on top of the mixture.
