450g uncooked linguine or fettuccine
2 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
1 (450g) jar Alfredo-style pasta sauce
1 (280g) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (130g) can sliced mushrooms
80ml milk
Step 1
Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add the linguine and cook until al dente, approximately 8 minutes. Drain well.
Step 2
In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the cubed cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, frozen vegetables, mushrooms, and milk. Cook and stir until the chicken is heated through and the vegetables are tender.
Step 3
Serve the warm Alfredo and chicken sauce over the cooked noodles.
