450 g potatoes
4 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
60 ml mayonnaise
30 g minced onions
15 ml mustard
1 stalk celery, diced
Step 1
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool. Once cooled, peel and cut the potatoes into 1.25 cm cubes.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, mashed eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, onions, and celery. Stir until well combined. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
