1 plain bagel, sliced in half horizontally
55 g cream cheese, softened
15 g powdered sugar
125 g mixed fruit (e.g., pineapple, strawberries, melon)
Step 1
Toast the bagel until golden brown, about 3 minutes.

While the bagel is toasting, spread the cream cheese slightly on a cutting board. Add the powdered sugar and mixed fruit, then chop and mix until chunky and well combined.
