250 ml mayonnaise
180 ml sour cream
80 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
80 ml chopped fresh tarragon
60 ml chopped fresh chives
30 ml fresh lemon juice, or more to taste
15 ml rice vinegar
1 anchovy fillet
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
