2.5 pounds (1.1 kg) fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and chopped
480 ml half-and-half cream
120 g white sugar
1 can (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (355 ml) evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
480 ml whole milk, or as needed
Step 1
Peel, pit, and chop the fresh peaches.
Step 2
In a blender or food processor, purée the peaches with half-and-half and sugar in batches.
Step 3
Combine the peach mixture, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla in a gallon ice cream freezer container. Pour enough whole milk into the container to reach the fill line (about 480 ml). Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker.
Step 4
Follow the manufacturer's instructions to freeze the mixture (about 20 minutes). Then, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze until firm (about 4 hours).
