Creamy Pesto Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 115g each)
115g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
60ml water
60ml pesto
475g grape or cherry tomatoes
115g KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Style Five Cheese Blend

Directions

Step 1
In a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, heat it over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, cover, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm.
Step 2
Add the cubed cream cheese, water, pesto, and tomatoes to the skillet. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Return the chicken to the skillet. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until the chicken is coated and heated through. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
