340 g tri-color rotini pasta
6 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
120 g chopped purple onion
475 ml ranch dressing
475 ml Italian-style salad dressing
Step 1
Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Cook the rotini and tri-color rotini until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the ranch dressing and Italian-style salad dressing. Pour over the pasta mixture and stir to coat.
