450 g russet potatoes, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
15 ml olive oil
5 ml salt
2.5 ml ground black pepper

Place the potato cubes in a large bowl, cover with cold water, and let them soak for 30 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper, and stir until evenly combined. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
