4 skin-on chicken drumsticks

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Place the chicken drumsticks on a clean work surface and sprinkle the spice mix evenly over all sides of the drumsticks.

Put the drumsticks in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the drumsticks over using tongs and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) when checked with an instant-read thermometer near the bone.
