Ingredients

680 g cauliflower florets
60 ml liquid egg substitute
180 g all-purpose flour
5 g garlic powder
5 g paprika
3 g salt
0.5 g ground black pepper
nonstick cooking spray
120 ml vegan Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's®)

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Pour the egg substitute over the florets and stir to coat them thoroughly.
Step 3
In a large plastic resealable bag, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Seal the bag and shake it well to mix the ingredients evenly.
Step 4
Add half of the cauliflower florets to the seasoned flour in the bag. Seal the bag and shake it until the florets are evenly coated. Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket and spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 5
Air fry the cauliflower for 10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through and spraying any dry spots with cooking spray. Repeat with the remaining cauliflower florets.
Step 6
While the cauliflower is cooking, warm the buffalo wing sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Step 7
Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a large bowl and pour the warm buffalo sauce over the top. Toss the cauliflower until it is evenly coated with the sauce. Serve hot.
Step 8
Enjoy your crispy buffalo cauliflower bites!
