Ingredients

500g all-purpose flour
30g seasoned salt
10g ground black pepper
4 eggs
80 unopened dandelion blossoms (stems removed)
120g butter

Directions

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, seasoned salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
In another mixing bowl, beat the eggs, then add the dandelion blossoms and stir until completely coated.
Step 3
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Take half of the coated dandelions, allowing excess egg to drip away, then coat in the seasoned flour mixture. Shake off excess flour and fry in the melted butter until golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with the remaining dandelions.
