1 tbsp vegetable oil
10 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
2 medium onions, peeled and grated
5 large eggs
80 ml vegetable oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 23x33 cm (9x13-inch) baking dish with 15 ml of vegetable oil.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes and onions. Mix in the eggs, 80 ml of vegetable oil, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the kugel is golden brown and crisp on top.
