450 g skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
45 g butter, melted
15 ml olive oil
5 ml lemon juice (to taste)
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 ml Italian seasoning
5 ml salt
5 ml paprika
2.5 ml cayenne pepper (optional)
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat thoroughly.
Step 3
Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches.
Step 4
Air fry the chicken in the preheated air fryer until it is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, which should take 8 to 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the center should register 74°C (165°F).
