Ingredients

450 g fresh asparagus, trimmed
10 ml extra-virgin olive oil
2.5 ml seasoned salt, or to taste
30 g grated Parmesan cheese
30 g dried bread crumbs
cooking spray

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil and seasoned salt.

In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Toss the asparagus spears with the mixture until evenly coated.
Step 4
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the asparagus in a single layer. Air fry until crispy and golden, about 7 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
