3 crowns of broccoli (450g), cut into large florets
170g shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Place the broccoli florets in a microwave-safe dish and cook on High for 4 minutes. Transfer the broccoli to a cutting board and use a small glass or shot glass to smash the florets flat.
Step 3
Spread the shredded Parmesan in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Divide the smashed broccoli evenly over the cheese and season the broccoli with garlic powder and lemon pepper seasoning.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until the Parmesan layer is crisp and the tips of the broccoli are well browned, about 30 minutes. Break up the crispy Parmesan broccoli and serve immediately.
