Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

In a shallow bowl, beat together the soy sauce, egg, water, garlic powder, and ginger. In a separate shallow bowl, place the bread crumbs. Dip the pork chops in the egg mixture, then coat evenly with bread crumbs. Place the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. The internal temperature should reach at least 63°C (145°F) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
