4 cups shredded white cabbage
1 cup finely shredded carrot
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.

Taste the salad and adjust the flavor by adding up to 30ml more olive oil and 22.5ml more vinegar, according to your preference.
