180 g semisweet chocolate chips (such as Hershey's®)
180 g milk chocolate chips (such as Hershey's®)
2 (454 g) packages large strawberries
Step 1
In a double boiler over simmering water, combine 90 g semisweet chocolate chips and 90 g milk chocolate chips. Stir frequently, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula, until smooth and melted (about 3-5 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in the remaining semisweet and milk chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Hold the strawberries by their stems and swirl them through the melted chocolate until evenly coated on all sides. Arrange the coated strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
Chill the strawberries in the refrigerator until the chocolate coating sets (about 2 hours).
