225 g cream cheese, softened
375 g sifted confectioners' sugar
525 g semisweet chocolate chips
1.5 tsp vanilla extract

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sifted confectioners' sugar and mix until well blended.

Stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes until it is just set.

Shape the chilled mixture into 2.5 cm balls.
