1 package (510g) chocolate cake mix
1 package (110g) instant chocolate pudding mix
240ml vegetable oil
4 eggs
120ml hot water
240ml sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
170g mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Confectioner's sugar (for dusting)
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, vegetable oil, eggs, hot water, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture until smooth, then stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Allow the cake to cool before removing it from the pan.
Step 4
Dust the cooled cake with confectioner's sugar if desired.
