Ingredients

cooking spray
450 g French bread, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
950 ml heavy cream
400 g white sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
30 ml vanilla extract
340 g white chocolate chips
240 ml heavy cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a 23x33 cm baking pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, place the French bread and pour the heavy cream over it. Let it soak. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together using your hands. Add white chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.

Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, for 40 to 45 minutes.

While the bread pudding is baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Cook and stir constantly until melted. Drizzle a small amount of sauce over each serving.
