180g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
0.5 teaspoon salt
400g white sugar
225g unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
250g white chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Gather all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the sugar and butter until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir this mixture into the creamed mixture.
Step 5
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Step 6
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
