Ingredients

6.5 cups (910g) frozen blueberries
1/3 cup (80g) brown sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
1 1/4 cups (250g) brown sugar
3/4 cup (90g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
6 tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, room temperature and cut into chunks
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine blueberries, brown sugar, and lemon zest to make the filling. Pour the filling into the prepared baking dish.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, oats, butter, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Rub the mixture between your fingers until crumbly. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the blueberries.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, until the crumble is lightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm.
