Ingredients

500 g all-purpose flour
45 g white sugar
10 g baking powder
5 g baking soda
2.5 g salt
500 ml milk
2 eggs
60 ml canola oil
cooking spray

Directions

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.

Add the milk, eggs, and oil to the dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is thin and smooth.

Heat a nonstick griddle over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray.

Pour a generous 60 ml of batter for each pancake onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form on the surface, which takes about 3 to 4 minutes. Carefully flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the bottom is lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining batter.
