Add the milk, eggs, and oil to the dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is thin and smooth.

Heat a nonstick griddle over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray.

Pour a generous 60 ml of batter for each pancake onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form on the surface, which takes about 3 to 4 minutes. Carefully flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the bottom is lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining batter.
